ANATOLIA COLLEGE, whose United States headquarters is located next to the state house on beacon hill in Boston, Massachusetts, is an elite K-12 American private school and 4-year liberal arts college located in the northern Greek city of Thessaloniki, overlooking the Thermaic Gulf and Mount Olympus.
Founded by New England educators and missionaries in the early 19th century in present day Turkey, Anatolia College educated Greek and Armenian Christians in the Ottoman Empire for nearly 100 years. In 1924, at the invitation of Greek Prime Minister Eleftherios Venizelos, Anatolia moved to Thessaloniki, Greece where it has established itself as one of the premiere educational institutions in all of Greece. A truly global enterprise–Anatolia is entering its third century of existence. The Boston office is the North American headquarters for the institution and supports all local and national outreach, events, marketing, study abroad and fundraising efforts.
